Dr. Weil covers everything you want to know about maintaining/regaining your health, and puts it across in his no-nonsense, down-to-earth way. The index is nicely done, and Dr. Weil includes sources where one might obtain vitamins, herbs, etc. at reasonable prices. Dr. Weil writes very entertainingly, while still being real.
