General Guidelines for Taking Homeopathic Remedies Suggested dosage: 5 drops four times daily - held under the tongue for one half minute, then swallowed (on arising, after school, in the evening, and at bedtime). There should be at least 15 minutes time before or after eating when taking these. If the taste is too strong, then dilute the drops into a teaspoon of water. After one month, you may reduce the frequency to three times daily (on arising, after school, and at bedtime). After 70% improvement, reduce it to twice daily (on arising and at bedtime). After 90% improvement, you may reduce the frequency to one time daily at bedtime. Once a day should be continued until ALL signs of the problems that you are helping the body's healing systems to overcome are gone. An occasional repeat dosage is recommended when another problem (like a cold or trauma) might send the body's natural health homeostasis mechanisms into disarray .
